If TranslateLayer Pro is not right for your site, write to support@translatelayer.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund the full price. You don’t need to give a reason.
- The refund goes back to the payment method you used, usually within 5 working days.
- The license key is deactivated when the refund is made. Sites using it stop showing translations at their next license check.
- Renewals can be refunded within 14 days of the renewal date in the same way.
- Character packs can be refunded if none of their characters were used.
